What happened to my Start Menu?

Question

I'm on my Start Menu, and i can't see my Run Button, my control panel button, and when i go to My computer, there's no C drive -.-

I can't do system restore, and i don't know, i'm just really annoyed someone help me

leftside round circle on bottom is start. Also check your keyboard. your security system too,all could be off or fighting each other.Happened 2x to me.
