  1. Dont worry, thats normal!  I have just started to notice the same thing.

I am still able to sit up from laying down and get up easily, but I notice sometimes if I'm sitting really low or at a strange angle, I have to get my husband to give me his hand and pull me up.

The further along in pregnancy you get, the more your ab muscles stretch out making them pretty much useless.  Dont worry, they strengthen up (if you exercise) after you have the baby.

    Congrats~

  2. They're stretching out over your belly.  Its hard for me to lay down on the dr.s table/bed in his office, when I get up its even harder!  :)

  3. Yes, unfortunately it is.  Your ab muscles are stretched over your uterus, or in many cases, they split and go down either side of it.  There is no room for them to flex, and they are pretty much of no help to you when getting up.

Don't worry, it will get better!

  4. uh yeah you're pregnant that is what happens

  5. Completely normal! I am experiencing the same thing lol...
