Question:

What happened to my apple cider?

It hasn't been refrigerated, it's been open for 5 days and is about half full. For some reason, now it's carbonated (fizzy). Any ideas?

  4. It is starting to ferment..basically turning into hooch, a crude low grade sort of drink that can mess you up...and make you pretty sick
