  1. Ignore any suggestion to try taking your camera apart - unless you really want to destroy it.

Having it repaired will likely cost as much as a new camera. Unfortunately, digicams are pretty much disposable items.

Let it sit for a few days in a bag of uncooked rice. That may remove any condensation from humidity.

If that doesn't work, I suggest the Olympus Stylus 850SW since it is waterproof to 10 feet and shockproof to a 5 foot drop.

  2. Is it blurry, as in UNDER the screen dirty? If it is, then you have to take it apart and clean the inside of the plastic. OOOORRRR you can send it to the manufacturer.

I can't think of any other kinds of "Blurry".

The reason it is blurry is because of the humidity. The water vapor got into the little cracks and imperfections in the plastic case and then condensed, leaving a "cloud" that you can't wipe off from the outside. So, send it back, or you can take it apart (unless you don't want to) and clean the plastic.
