What happened to my knee?

i was play fighting and the person put their leg between my leg and twisted my leg and i fell to the ground and i heard my knee made a popping noise. now its swollen and i cant bend it or stand on it. what happend and what should i do?

  1. It could be your ACL. You need to go to the doctor and have it looked at.  


  2. Go to a doctor and get an X-ray done, to make sure there is no fracture etc
