What happened to my yahoo username underscore account!?

So I've been using My Yahoo for 8 years. Same username. After doing research it turns out its so old I had an underscore in the username, apparently these are very special. It was username_ over a month ago, after 8 years of faithful service, I started getting "there was a problem finding your my yahoo page here is a default one" off and on after I logged in. I figured it was a temporary glitch. So a few more weeks go by, and now I can't even login. Keeps telling me, password is wrong. But its not wrong, its the same one I've been using for years, in fact both my browsers at work and at home (Firefox) had the password saved so the browser always entered the wrong password.

I have tried doing the password reset, but I guess the email address they have is from like 8 years ago for some college email account that expired about 6 years ago. So reseting didn't work, it kept saying my zip code is wrong, but I tried every zip code I lived in for the last 6 years. HELP

i think dere is sumthing wrong wid ur account in the sense dat dere mite have been spam or lots of unread msgs

dat shd have been the fault

i too agree dat dere is no use mailing ppl in yahoo as dere is no response

yahoo answers customer care also doesnt wrk

try doing it in oder pcd n see if it wrks

After reading this long story you really are frustrated its not working i can tell.

And i can understand you ... i hope for your sake no 1 else knew your password and changed it, that also can be a reason why you cant enter your account.
