What happened to our My Yahoo pages?

Someone asked this question a couple of days ago and I was quite anxious to see the answer........... (See below)

Tonight I went to the question to see what was said and it has been deleted?? Any idea why it was deleted and does anyone have any idea HOW we get our old My Yahoo pages back?? Not only do I not like the new layout but it seems to open *jaggedly* and I cannot scroll with my mouse up or down without it jumping ahead :-( Also I don't like just seeing 2 hours of primetime TV instead of all 3 hours. I don't want to be without Yahoo but isn't there a place we can give feedback if changes just aren't working for *us*? I want my old My Yahoo page back to please and thank you!

You can't go back to the former My Yahoo because Yahoo moved everybody to their new supposedly improved version.

I agree that it's uglier and has fewer formatting choices. Let the My Yahoo team know about your unhappiness, and be SPECIFIC about the issues, at this page:

PS:  You can edit the tv listings module to see three hours.  Click the middle icon on the right side of the header to the TV listings (it looks sorta like an asterisk).  A window will open with settings.  Click the Preferences tab and select the number of hours you want displayed.

I had to do this, too.  Why didn't they just keep the options I had on the old My Yahoo?  Your guess is as good as mine.

As of July 14th the original My Yahoo! was shut down and everybody was moved into the new version. Access to the original My Yahoo! is no longer available.

Same thing has happened to me and many others, they said that when they updated the site, errors have occured and that they are trying to rectify the problem, but in the mean time click on the change my layout and put it how you want it, as for answering your contacts questions, you have to go to the q n a homepage, then click on see more of my contacts, cause for some reason their questions arent being directed to you in box, hope this helps you, goodluck! :)

i never really used the My Yahoo....but regardless...if they made the switch, evidently, it wasn't anyone's yahoo....it's what yahoo wants (or whomever it may be that will end up changing it when the takeover happens)....as with all the talks about yahoo lately, frankly, I think they are trying to improve some things that didn't need improvements.

i do know one thing....they need to give US the option of old version or new.

and it always seems that when we JUST got real acquainted with all the idea had to offer, they go and create a bunch of mad people by switcharoo-ing.....

kinda like compairing the t-mobile wing to the blackberry pearl......there is NO compairing....the wing is like well, windows and the blackberry is like an apple computer with a bunch of worm mazes and c**p.

darned geeks...can't seem to quit confusing us for sure!
