What happened to .....?

I wondering basically where did everyone such as dj's go from 103.7 KIOL in Houston TX, I know jack fm took over at the end of august but where did all the people go?

Both other answers have some truth in them. Not all jocks use pseudonyms, but many do. There were times when I did (when someone else was PD) and times when I didn't (when I was PD ;<)

There is a semi-secret website (below) that has the history of a lot of jocks on it. Try some of the names you're looking for.

Some of the jocks may have been transferred to to other Clear Channel stations in other cities, some might be on the other Clear Channel stations in Houston using another name like KODA, KTBZ, KTRH, KHMX, KPRC, KKRW.

Some are, unfortunately "On The Beach." (An old radio expression meaning out of work).

They probably went to OTHER radio stations, either for better pay or something better.

Try Google-ing the names of the jocks. It MIGHT help if they are using the same name at another station. If they've left the business, though, you'll probably not manage to track them down since most use fake names on-air.
