  1. it's covered mostly in the other answers...

also - the coach is not a coach, he is more worried about pioneering things and becoming a better promoter than sheedy...

u want a coach and just a coach...worsfold and roos...

a club that banks on richo who does not have a footy brain even though he has a footy family...he should be way better...he'll go 21 marks in a game and a ton of goals...once a year when the weather and his mood is right...why can't he do it once a mth...like carey used to etc...

losing culture...this is a massive downfall...

    decisionmaking and recruitment...

the last 2 - this is the last 27 years...

i think the gasper thing is part of the culture...and would have been very deflating...other clubs push players(S**t ones) to their 100(i.e. like essendon did) games, 200's and 300's etc...to tell someone they are required then change your mind...if the players stood down, good on em...the only thing they(players) did wrong was they should have said so...

  2. ive got two words for you - BENT OVER!!

  3. gaspar hasn't played well in years. I would've dumped him ages ago. And i don't think richmond will ever be successful. The culture of winning just isn't there. Richardson is a terrible player and he's meant to be a champ. Richmond are going nowhere fast.

  4. Okay...

    Well, uh? Go the cats!

  5. I agree. Shame. What a horrible way to get rid of a loyal servant. I am a loyal Tiger, but the way they got rid of Gas made me sick, more so than the huge loss.

  6. It looks like you've answered your own question there. I won't add any more because you clearly know more about the Tigers than this Pom-based fan. But I hope Wallace is doing a better job than Frawley. We'll see how the "youth first" policy ends. It often works ok in soccer.
