  3. It started as an exchange of hit batters.  One in the top of the first, two in the bottom.  Pitcher tried to throw the ball at a player in the dugout and it sailed into the crowd.

  5. Im pretty sure the pitcher was accused of throwing a ball at a fan.  Then some pitcher (I dont know if it was the same one just comes in and throws a punch and everything breaks loose.

    Video from the game shows Castillo angrily throwing a ball, but doesn't show where the ball landed.  

    The fan, who remains unidentified, was treated at Miami Valley Hospital and released, said hospital spokeswoman Nancy Thickel. She didn't know the extent of the fan's injuries. If convicted, Castillo would face up to eight years in prison and a $15,000 fine.
