What happened to the Binghamton Ferry Boat restaurant in Edgewater, NJ?

So sad – destroyed and graffiti --and 100% not in business.  I brought my son there as a reunion (so many nice memories of being there with my mother, Aunt and Uncle throughout the 80s and 90s).  We haven’t been there since family away about 5 years ago and wanted to go for lunch and talk about the good times we spend so often there.  Pulled up to a nightmare (summer 10)!  All other websites looked like current reviews of a good restaurant a bit pricy but run down… fine with us- but we pulled up- and it was like seeing a dead body.  Closed!!  Very sad ending to such great memories- haunting.
