He vowed to sue the Police who shot him.

Did he, in the end, really sue them?

It was a stunt to get him publicity.  He'd even specially arranged to be video-taped, and was suddenly and inexplicably nice and polite with cops once he was out of the building.  They even found evidence of him planning ahead of time to provoke people.  He probably got more than he bargained for.  

So, he got what he wanted: attention.  No need to sue.  And last time I checked, it's not illegal to taser somebody who's kicking and screaming and refusing to either leave or be cuffed.

The Taser fried what was left of his underdeveloped brain ! He`s now in a "special" room at Bellevue ! Word is he`ll be there for good !

I don't know what happened to him. Hopefully he got tazed a few dozen more times until he wised up and got the message.
