What happened to the HR811 bill?

I'm having a hard time finding out about the final result of this bill. Did it ever pass?

The bill addresses the issue of paperless voting machines and the inability to verify votes.  Those machines were the subject of controversy during the last election in which many thought their votes had not been counted.  That, of course, raised the possibility of a different outcome!  The creators of the machines knew a code that could have easily influenced the count, and it was suspected that the code had been given to unauthorized people.  Obviously, we need to be able to verify every vote.  I have also been unable to find out if it has been passed, but I think it was still floating last month.
