What happened to the Lego brick our friend Sal swallowed?

She ingested the said lego brick when she about 4 years old following an altercation with her grandma. The brick was a red 4 peice and has not been seen since. Could it still be in her stomach?

It should have passed out of her system by now unless it was one of those Lego ripoff Mega Blocks( like legos but larger for toddlers).  She's still fine anyway.

no its probably gone by now but if your worried go to a doctor and ask fro x ray
