  1. What happened is that Yahoo stopped having even an iota of interest in the Member Directory. It has been in an almost permanent state of failure for a number of years now and Yahoo couldn't care less. Your chances of finding someone who has a Yahoo profile and shares your interests is actually better if you randomly ask people you meet in the street than by searching the Member Directory. What does that say about Yahoo?
