Both parties have been run by men, and men have attempted to maintain their control on power in both parties.  Both the Democratic and Republican party have accepted women in power because women have worked to attain these positions.  If you were intellectually honest you would acknowledge this fact.

Seeing how Reagan and Kissinger know what kind of experience it takes to run for those 2 offices and then hold both offices and do well, I would have to say they would welcome her.

The hockey Mom, as you not so un-eliquintly put it, has more experience in leadership than Obama.  She has been the Governor of the largest state and Commander and Chief of their reserves.  She has executive experience where the Jr Senator has spent most of his short career campaigning for President instead of representing the people of Illinois that trusted him to look out for their best interests!
