  2. There are having DNS problems.  I assume they are working on resolving them.  In the meantime, you can still access the site using one of their IP addresses, such as:

    http://64.243.174.104

    update: they have alternate addresses which should also work:

    http://www.wund.com

    http://www.weatherunderground.com
