  1. they were moved from tv to wwe.com for low ratings, then vvelocity had no one to wrestle becaus they moved to the main roster, and got cut. then just reacently heat had its last episode


  2. they went out of business

  3. "Heat", lost it's steam and "Velocity" ran out of speed.  Both shows kicked the bucket.
