What happened to the yahoo360 counter website?

When I tried to go to check my 360 counter the whole site was completely different. It's a site for building web pages now. What did I miss?

l fully do not know what is happening there. l did not use it and can not tell you much about it. Yahoo does make change and then there are bugs or glitches to talk computer talk. But to me, it's buggy.

l click on the page and it was there then l click out and click back on and l  had a 404 error. Beats me.
