With each passing Generations, we see our kids become more fiendish, no longer relishing school, but spending their times committing all sort of devilment and evil, and disrespecting their elders. What happened to our nation and what can we do to stop this decline in morals among our youth?

  1. No way.  Jonathan Swift's "Modest Proposal" was an original thought and this simply seeks to steal some of his intellectual property rights.

  2. I was with you until the last part. I'm afraid it's a lost cause. Doing away with the internet, cell phones and reality TV would go along way.

  3. it is called liberalism carried to the extreme with the bow down to any one that has a disagreement with us, the politically correct way of going and saying things and the turning away from our moral base that is bringing this about the only solution is to vote out all the ones that are attempting to sell and give away our country to make english the official language of the United States and aggressively pursue anyone large or small that breaks the laws

  4. What happened is parents decided to let society raise their children instead of doing it themselves.

  5. The country has been bushwhacked.

  6. We have  had  Bush and hopefully not McCain for Republican presidents.  We need Change and America needs Obama to lead us.

    VOTE OBAMA!

    GOD BLESS!

  7. Greed is the ultimate culprit. It is responsible for the decline that we see at every level. We have lost our soul and our heart as a country. If you break down each problem to its essential component then I think you will reach the conclusion I have reached and that others I know have reached. If we can stomp out greed then we can solve a lot of the problems we face. Greed is the main problem. Some evidence: Multi-million dollar homes, property values in Manhattan, $25,000 dessert, etc. Seriously, $25,000 for a dessert. Something that has the shelf life of maybe 25 minutes.

  8. It's called "too much TV" and "No Child Left Behind."
