I watched this documentary the other day that tried to answer this questions. Because many bees are indeed disappearing and nobody seems to know why. The scientists on the documentary come up with a possible reason. They discovered what they have said to be a sort of AIDS on the millions of dead bees they have found around the nests(I don´t know if that´s how you say it). It´s a virus that makes the bees very weak to other diseases that usually they can fight. Maybe that´s what really has happened.
