What happened with the kidnap in California yesterday?

I was watching Trutv on Justintv yesterday and an Amber alert came across.

It seems that a 9 year old girl and a 5 year old boy were kidnapped by an unstable woman.

I haven't found anything on the internet and don't know where to look to see what is going on there, as I live in the Philippines.

Could someone let me know what is unfolding in that terrible situation?

"The Sacramento County Sheriff's Department has arrested a woman accused of abducting her two children from their grandmother's home in Palmdale last night, authorities said.

The children, a boy and girl, were found safe.

Teresa Roy, 39, was arrested at about 10 a.m. today on suspicion of child abduction from lawful custodian, said sheriff's Sgt. Tim Curran. She is being transported to the Main Jail, he said.

The two children, ages 5 and 9, live with their grandmother, who had legal custody, in Palmdale, Curran said. Los Angeles County authorities put out an Amber Alert after the children were reported missing Thursday night. "
