What happened?????song????

Today i was listening to my favorite song and something weird happened...my great grandma died when i was 4-6 years old and I'm 12 now....i was really close to her(even more than my grandpa and aunts and stuff)she had cancer.....my fave song is "I miss you" by miley cyrus...and today when i listened to it i started crying and couldn't stop for a while....i haven't thought about it in years and i ALWAYS listen to the song....what happened???? just randomly i got so sad and i ha vent fretted over it in like 3 years...plz help

Sometimes grief just bubbles up like that.  Music really connects with us on an emotional level and it sounds like that's what happened to you today.
