I heard the injured girl had to go to the hospital. Soon both the girls had to go to juvenile court. I want to know what will happen when the girls go to juvenille court? Will they face harsh penalties?

  1. If they are 16 and under, probation. Yes the parents can be sued for hospital and court costs.

  2. They could receive probation, community service, or be sent to Juvenile detention. No the penalties are not harsh enough. They should be fines, and  punishment. This justice system is very leniant on juveniles. The parents can be sued for medical bills, and fines. And I think the juveniles should be forced to pay those.
