What happens after I deny a Cease and Desist order?

I was served with a Cease and Desist letter from an attorney. I replied to the order denying the assertions myself. What happens next? This is regarding a Copyright Infringement legal involving the use of a business name that I have first public use over in Massachusetts.

  1. more than likley they will try to sue you. if ou have the rights to the name then you will be fine, if not they can sue you for alot of money.


  2. If the other guy has money, he'll sue you.
