What happens after I get hired?

I am looking into getting my real estate license in Texas. I would like to know what happens after I get my license and get hired on at a broker as an agent? Is there any training, will I have a partner, etc?

that would all depend on the real estate office you join..../

You'll have to ask those questions of your broker. Every one would have a different intro plan.
