  1. Usually you have leave when you are done with your A school ...I think i had like 3 weeks or so before i had to report to my duty station

  2. most people say you come back looking differnt cause your all buff and ****

  3. Sometime while he's in A school he'll get his orders for his first duty station. It depends on what his orders are but pretty much everyone has the opportunity to take leave before reporting to their first command.

  4. My husband went to P-Cola for A-school and was told it would be a month too. What you should be aware of is that depending on the amount of men and women who are going there for that job there could be a wait. My husband was told it was going to be a month for his schooling. He was there for 4 months before his month actually started, total it was 5 months when it was supposed to be 1 and that was just because there were so many men and women who had to take classes for there specific job.

After his A-school he came home for about 10 days then had to go to his duty station to check in, he had that weekend for himself then that Monday he started up on his ship.

    Hope that helps!
