Than do the whole " orange juice / going back to eating whole foods " thing.
After I'm done with that, if I eat regularly. Like not McDonalds every day, but a couple candies once in a while and so on will I gain it all back?
Also, I'm around 5'5 and I weigh 110 pounds . How much will I lose ?
