  1. After filling out your voter registration card and mailing it to your local/state Board of Election's office, you may receive a voter registration card/i.d. in the mail.   2. When I registered after moving (this was a few years ago) I got a card with my name and the address of where I vote on it.

  3. Each state is different, but probably they all send you some sort of document showing that you are registered. You don't have to produce it to vote.
