What happens at a seventh grade physical?

my little sister is going into 7 grade, and to play sports they require a physical. shes afriad of what happens. i didnt have a seventh grade physical, so i cant help.

There's nothing to be afraid. They just check your heartbeat and such. No needles involved or anything. They just want to check if everything is normal. It's really fast, only takes a couple of minutes.

I'm afraid of doctors. And so coming from me, just say...it's really easy and fast. Nothing to be afraid of.

it is just to say that she does not have any heart or other major problems that would interfere with or get worse by playing a sport. The tests are non invasive./
