  1. You would more than likely have a dead button.  While you don't have the button twice, the effect is the same, the last to act on the previous hand will once again be the last to act. In a ring game, in most cases the sb will rebuy and the game goes on.

  2. In tournament Play:

The button is to the right of the small blind, the small blind goes out and the seat is vacant, So the button moves to the empty seat position, and the players to the left are the new small blind and big blind respectively. The dealer button sits on the empty seat the player vacated.

If you are at a casino, the dealer deals.

If you are in a home game, usually the last person to deal does it again.

If you are online the computer does it for you, lol.

  3. If the person who was supposed to be the small blind gets out it will be a dead small blind. If the person who was the small blind gets out the person to his left would be the big.

You NEVER have a dead big blind only a dead button (dealer) or a dead small.

If it's a home game, the person who just dealt should deal again.
