What happens at the end of The Grudge?

I was watching it, and I missed the last 5 minutes. It got to where the woman/ghost came down the stairs and was coming after the boyfriend... what's after that? Thanks!

Sarah Michelle Gellar manages to light the house on fire right as the ghost grabs her. Then it cuts to her looking at her boyfriend's body in the morgue. We hear the police talking as they leave the room, and they mention that they managed to save the house from burning down, meaning that the grudge curse still lives on. Once they leave, Gellar turns around and the ghost lady pops up. the end.
