What happens during the citizenship interview and test?

I have a friend who is scheduled to have a citizenship test and interview. What do these entail?

The USCIS agent tests his English and his knowledge of the civics questions.  He will have to write a sentence read out to him and read written sentence.  He will be asked to confirm info he submitted on his N-400 form.  He will also be asked questions such as does he pay his taxes, has he committed any molar turpitude crimes, will he be willing to take the oath of allegiance etc.
