I think he just floated out into space.  Never heard from again.  He probably found a beautiful planet though, and he's living there, where it's warm all the time and food is plentiful and delicous.  Yet, he's still terribly lonely, and dreams of his wife every night.  Well, that was quite the ramble.  Anywho, have a good day.
