I was arrested for carrying a replica fire arm. I am 15 years old and know its not right but I was drunk and am sure the gun was a toy thing belonging to my brother I dint know what happend to it on the night. I have witnesses to say it was a toy gun but this one guy who i have had run-ins with before said he thought it was real. The police know i was really drunk that night cause they stopped me ( I did not have the gun then) and my mates. I cant plead guilty or not cause I dont remember anyone know where I stand?

  1. Get into alcohol rehab, and do it fast.  Actually plan on quitting drinking - drinking isn't working w/ you.  Don't just do it to get out of this mess.

Count on getting jail time, moving into juvenile hall, getting a TON of community service, and court ordered psych evaluations.

If you truly feel bad about the trouble you have brought onto your family - get a job and pay back your parents for the legal fees they have had to incur due to your choice to break law by getting drunk, and by carrying a toy that resembled a real gun in a threatening manner.

By all means - save your parents the expense - plead guilty.  No reason why they should pay endless amount of court costs and legal fees when you are very obviously guilty.

  2. the court would enter a "not guilty" plea for you, then there'd be a trial. It doesn't matter if you can't remember committing a crime.

  3. Get a lawyer. Now. Even talking to the police without a solicitor present is running a big risk.

  4. Get yourself a lawyer, 15-year-old drunk loser.

  5. talk to your mum or a friends mum:)

  6. Well if its not guilty(you didn't know) you will get a trial, guilty you will get a probation.. no contest you might get a fine and probation.

At least that is what happens in the states.

See if the UK has  a 'no contest' type plea.

  7. You need to speak with your court appointed lawyer RIGHT AWAY. That is my only advice... Oh and well STOP DRINKING.

  8. Not right, it was d**n stupid of you!  You being drunk was not right, you having a toy gun was you asking to be killed!!!  They are going to find you guilty, you know you had it, so you may as well admit it!
