Say i get a C and my 6th form do not accept me. i have not applied anywhere else(should have) - is there any chance other 6th form will accept me if i havent already applied there (considering my other grades are decent)

  1. i assume you are taking other subjects as well? i am sure your school will acept you back for sixth form however they might not let you take english as a subject or suggest it. Its not too late however to explore your options in others ways by looking at apprentice schemes or b-tec awards or apply to other colleges in you area i would advise looking around. Many places are still recruiting people now so you have options but be quick in finding them!

  2. Just hope that you DO get accepted.

  3. You'll be fine. As long as pass your GCSE's you can get into pretty much any sixth form

  4. i had this problem last year. although that i did not get the grades that i wonted they still accepted me but i has to do other courses.

Dont worrie they help you out

  5. I thought most sixth forms accepted a C in English.

Anyway, if your other grades are good, then you'll probably have an interview with them so that the school knows you'll work hard, and then they'll let you in.

It's not often that sixth forms turn people down (unless grades are really bad) and especially if you haven't applied anywhere else. They want people to continue with their education!

  6. a C is a pass...
