What happens if I fail the pedagogy test? Can I still become a certified teacher?

I'm asking because, I'm am struggling with passing the ec-4 test. I would hate to get a Teaching job and then lose out on the competive pay if I failed. Has this ever happened toanyone before?

You have to pass both parts to be certified, but you only have to pass the pedagogy part once.  If there is one available, look into the alternative certification program in your district or region.  You might also look into review/prep courses for the exams.  A lot of the larger districts offer their own sessions to help and the region certainly does!
