if  you are  taking the pills later  that usual but in the same day ,the blood pressure can change a  little bit , but please call your doctor in cases like this and he will tell you what to do

But you know what  put in your pocket  2-3 tablets  to  be with you at any  time and if you forget it ,there it is in your pocket

Your blood pressure will go up slightly.  Typically, you would have to be off your meds for a couple of days to see a big increase in your BP but it isn't a good idea to forget to take your pills.

Take it as soon as possible.  If it is feasible to get home at lunch, go and take it, or to your pharmacy, they will probably give you the one dose needed, as long as you have the prescription at that pharmacy or they can check with your pharmacy.  Check with your doctor or pharmacist for whether to take both if you don't get to take it before the next dose is due.
