What happens if I sell land on ebay and the buyer doesn't go through with the purchase?

I ask because it is quite expensive to sell land on ebay, about $130 per advert insertion. Can I ask ebay back for that insertion fee because the buyer won't, well, buy!? Thanks

First, I can't believe people would opt to sell land on ebay.

Second, I can't believe people would actually BUY land on ebay!

Talk about your ocean front property in Kansas ... or that nice bridge in Brooklyn ....

You need to take the fees up with ebay.

As far as the buyer goes, he is OK.   An ebay sale is not a binding contract in Real Estate.   There is no sale until you have contracts signed by both parties.

Why are you asking us? Go to e-Bay directly and pose the question to them. If it is favorable, get it in writing.

I didn't mean to put down your question, it's that I don't think you will find anyone here that is in that situation.
