Incase if I didnot sign any contract yet with other company and I am not sure for how many months I will be with them say less than an year as per the contract what should I do and how do I proceed?

  1. It would depend on the terms of your contract, something nobody here can evaluate.

Consult an attorney and pay for advice you can count on.  The peace of mind will be worth the price.

  2. Generally, non-compete clauses are not enforceable.  However, I would check with an attorney.

  3. Your contract probably says the penalties for breaking it. The company you have the contract with could sue you for breach of contract. It all depends on what you do.
