Okay, so on many many occasions I can attest to wearing my contacts, non stop, for upwards of two and three weeks at a time! I slept in them every night. I know it's stupid. Anyway, if I continue to do so, what would happen?

  1. for short term, there wouldn't be any effect. but long term wise, ur eye will be dry

  2. dry eye, corneal ulcers, serious infections, giant papillary conjunctivitis, corneal neovascularization, and not being able to wear contacts ever again

  3. I dont know cause my friend wore his for like 5weeks and he was fine just change them out to be safe

  4. Infection that can cause your contact to adhere to your cornea forcing surgical removal.

Infection that can lead to blindness.

  5. Well first of all it isn't good for the eye.Contacts are made with materials that are not meant to be slept in. There are some contacts you could sleep in Fous night and Day.

Maybe it wont happen right away but you could get an infection that will not allow you to wear your contacts for about 2 weeks. It's bests if you take the contacts out every night.

You could also sctach the eye, your contacts becomes dry at night because, every time you blink your eye wets the contact keep it wet. and if you aint blinking well then the contact will dry.

The best think to do is take your contact out at night. If you would like to sleep in them well get a contact that is approve to sleep in.
