What happens if Rule NiSi violated before set court date?Concerns return of child to other parent. ?

Date is set for September.Other parent removed child from me in middle of the night,while child with me other parent initiated filing Rule Ni Si for immediate return of child in early Aug. but courts in GA set date for middle of Sept. child in school in my state, other parent crossed state lines and took child without my knowledge.

  1. No knowing any details of the case, it would be hard to answer your question.

    For starters, who has legal custody of these children?  Have parents' right been legally and finally terminated?  Why were these children in your care and do you have the legal right to keep them at all?

    Just one note:  Citizens of one state are not always bound by adjudications in another state.  For instance, if the parents resided in Tennessee and you have a Georgia custody order, they would not be bound by your Georgia order.
