  1. It depends a lot on the circumstances.  Where did they get the liquor from?  It could range from inconsequential to a charge for an adult who is 'contributing to the deliquency of a minor'.  15 year olds can't drive legally anyway (at least not in any jurisdiction that I know of) so you could get arrested for that even without alcohol.  Besides a 15 year old is not an adult and can't be charged as an adult simply for drinking - its more likely that the parents or guardians would get into trouble if anything.  If the kid just gets drunk at home and there are no other issues then its really just a family matter to sort out.

  2. could get arrested!

  3. i believe you could get your license delayed or taken away temporarily.

  4. The person that provided the alcohol could be arrested.

  5. if you get caught, you hit the slammer... done deal.

  6. Just don't do it and you won't have to worry about this.

I believe they can send you to those "special classes" and get your driver liscence NOT issued to you until you reach age 18, or something like that.

  7. it depends on if you get caught, i'm 15 and ive never been caught :) just don't drive at the same time or after XD be safe and smart. But don't just drink because your friends do :)
