What happens if a 17 year old runs away and isnt found until she is 18?

Nothing happens from a legal standpoint. But, unless you're a victim of abuse, DON'T do it. Life is tough enough without having to face it as a runaway minor. Wait it out, get help in your community if you can, and head into adulthood with a clean slate.
