  1. i dont think so...since they had a child thn it wouldnt be really right to have another one because that wuldnt solve the population problem

  2. If you mean the first child dies or is put up for adoption then yes.

That's partly why (also tend to be healthy, adoption services are better than some other countries) chinese baby girls are popular for adoption. China has a history of parents abandoning girls for dead so they can try again for a boy, or giving girls away.

I don't know what happens with twins...

  3. i heard in china they were only allowed to have 2 children, i dont know if that is true or not and i dont know if you lose one if you can have another, very interesting question, can i ask why you are asking it?

  4. I have always wondered this too!

I dont know...try googling it, and let me know if you find out!

you could try asking a chinese person, but i  woudl never dare to! I dont know why. But you would think they could?

  5. In Ethiopia they may. Otherwise, they must consult the Fiddle.

  6. Why not?!?

It's not as if your whole family will be hanged or shot!

  7. i would presume so..given that the restriction is due to over-population!

  8. Yes, if the previous one dies and they only had one they are allowed one more. If they had two and one died, no.

    Loses? like dies?

  9. I don't know. Go ask the Chinese government.
