  1. Take him to the doctor.

  2. Yes it is serious but since he is only 10 years of age it really would not affect him since he is not allowed in the front seat until he is 12 years of age.

As for the airbag going off, I would have the insurance company as well as the manufacturer look into this unless it is under warranty just have them repair it.

  3. why haven't you taken him to A & E, he could of perforated his ear drum, take him asap and explain what happened, also this would do you good if you have to make a claim off the car manufacture as you will need hospital records to make a claim, i didn't think air bags could just go off like that?

also was it a rear air bag that went off? if it was the front one then he shouldn't be in the front as he's to young.

hope your son is ok, good luck.

  4. It could be serious.

I'm not a doc or nutritionist or anything like that, but here's what I'd do:

Be sure he gets good nutrition in this time right after the incident and avoids soda, coffee, etc

    Give him orange juice.

See a specialist ASAP. How you respond to this may be something your son remembers forever.
