  1. The course won't be very green.  Aerration happens in the fall when things change color.  Things will dry out and won't be very scenic.


  2. Depends on where it is, what type of soil and what type of grass.

  3. Probably nothing noticeable for that season, but aeration is very good for the grass over the long run.  It helps oxygen, fertilizers and water to get to the roots, helps to break up thatch, and breaks up compacted soil, allowing the roots to grow .
