What happens if a judge gives you a suspended sentence and probation but you have a ice detainer?

what happens if you go to court and a judge gives you a suspended sentence and probation but you have a ice detainer? do you get deported or do you get released,finish your probation and then get deported or what? anybody who know the awnser to this i would greatly appreciate it. thanks

  1. If you are in a 'sanctuary city', you are released, and disappear.  If you are in a location that RESPECTS Federal law, you are NEVER released until ICE authorizes your release.


  2. You sit until ICE makes the call.

    Unless of course, you're in some hippy scumbag city that keeps criminals safe.
