  1. All the current (EL-EN3/4) batteries for Nikon's DSLRs are smart, and the charging circuits automatically manage the charge and stop charging when they're full.

  2. Nothing will happen if there is a overcharge protection in your battery, many batteries, including the original nikon battery and some generic brands replacement battery, is able to cut off the power supply if your battery is over chargerd.

  3. nothing should happen to it, it shouldn't be damaged, i always leave my nikon lithium ions to charge over night, which would be over seven hours, the battery stops charging when it's done, it'll just be plugged in.

nothing bad is going to happen to the battery, i done this all the time with my Nikon DSLR, and nothing has happened so far, and i could bet nothing would happen to yours either, people do this all the time, the battery is designed to be able to withstand this.

    Trust me, nothing will happen.

  4. nothing - the batteries are Lithium Ion ('intelligent batteries') and they won't let any more electricity  into them when they know they are full.
