  1. They can:

    A) Suspend your license

    B) Issue an arrest warrent

    C) Give you another extention (Do not expect this one to happen.)

    Good luck.

  2. a warrant WILL be issued for your arrest...most likely a failure to appear and a warrant for the actual offense...either dont get stopped by the police or save up and pay for the warrants...or go to jail and sit it out...

  3. It varies from state to state (and I don't know anything about Indiana), but among the things that could happen:

    - The amount you need to pay may go up *a lot.*

    - Your driver's license may get suspended or revoked.

    - If you ever get pulled over for something else, you may get taken into custody.

So (as you probably already guessed): you would be MUCH better off calling the office and telling them you can't pay. I'm sure it happens to others. I don't know exactly what they'll tell you, but they may have a program to give you time to pay. At any rate, the outcome won't be worse than just not paying.

  4. A warrant will be issued for your arrest.

  5. They could put a bench warrant out for your arrest!!

  6. Yes, call them and tell them you can't afford it now.  They might let you do a payment plan or something.

  7. My dad got one so i wrote a letter for him asking for proof and photographic evidence that he was the one who was driving, didn't receive any reply and next thing he received a court summons, went to court and explained that he was waiting for a reply and evidence and had not rec'd a reply and he ended up getting away with it as it was there fault for not replying.

  8. u might have to go to court

  9. A warrent then if court. You might be guilty and get your license/permit taken away from you and/or $5,000 or 6 months or years in prison.

It depends up on the court. Ask your parents to help pay for you or ask your friends for the money; tell them you'll pay them back. Or get a job and try to make money fast and work over hours if you have to just to get the money.
